An absolute gem of an apartment in the heart of Prague. The flat was clean and quiet. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the amenities really, really useful. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more. It is one of the best in Prague.
We absolutely loved our four days at SOHO — the hosts were so lovely, very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We enjoyed the amenities fully: the courtyard, the PlayStation, Netflix. We will stay here again if we are so lucky to return to Prague.
It felt safe and homely, spotlessly clean, and very quiet at night. The outdoor terrace was a great spot to have our coffees in the morning sun, and the complex’s courtyard was a beautiful place to sit of an evening. Everything it could be and more.
Incredible find — less than five minutes from Charles Bridge and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond and very friendly. Beds are very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Bonus that we got to store our luggage securely after check-out.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this was a high-quality accommodation. Modern, surprisingly spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms spotless. Not to forget the game room with PS5 and billiards. Highly recommended.
Stayed for the weekend and the location was perfect. Close enough to the busy areas but far enough away that we felt secluded and could relax. Would definitely recommend.
The neighbourhood
Step out the door and you are on cobblestones older than most countries. The Astronomical Clock chimes two minutes away; the river runs five. Coffee at Cafe Slavia, dinner at Eska, a long Sunday walk to Vysehrad.

Meet the team
We are a Prague-based hospitality and design studio creating apartments and guest experiences with a strong point of view and very firm opinions on lighting.
We have been doing this long enough to understand what makes a place feel effortless, and long enough to notice when it is not. When this building became available, we immediately saw its potential and began shaping it with the same attention we bring to every project.
Our approach is built on experience, observation, and a careful understanding of how people move through a space. Materials that age well. Lighting that feels natural at every hour of the day. Quiet functionality. Comfort without excess. The details guests may never consciously notice, but would immediately miss if they were absent.
We do not believe good hospitality is accidental. Every apartment, every object, and every decision is considered with intention.
We do not just want to create beautiful spaces. We want to create places people genuinely want to return to.
